My daughter lived with a roomate in this complex while attending college out of state, the staff is unfriendly and this place is the biggest scam and takes advantage of people.Upon moving out they refused to do a walk through with us, claiming that their policy is to do it after you leave. I tried to set this up two months prior to move out.I finally got someone to walk through with my daughter after getting the run around from Kim, the manager. The person that did the walk through told her everything was good, but would not give her any paper work. Claiming they would provide it later.After my daughter left to come back up north she sent me an email stating the carpet was in poor condition and she was having a carpet cleaner come through and would get back to me about the cost. This was 8/10/2012. Yesterday, 10/1/2012 I received a bill for $851.00 from a collection agaency.When contacting the management office they claimed it was 946.00 to replace the carpet. The never contacted me nor sent me any bill.The refuse to provide any documents to back this up. So before you consider this complex I would check the reviews!
