Monarch Dunes

Monarch Dunes

When the second of three golf courses at The Woodlands development on the Nipomo Mesa is complete, golfers will be able to tee off from more holes than previously planned. With a unanimous decision Thursday, the San Luis Obispo County Planning Commission approved a request from Woodlands developers to change an approved nine-hole course to 12 holes. As the only all-inclusive resort on the Central Coast and situated amongst the lush, green rolling hill of the Monarch Dunes Golf course, Homeowners at Trilogy have convenient and private access numerous amenities to enhance wellness – like in the professionally staffed fitness center, encourage exploration – like planning your next adventure in the Exploration Lounge, and foster connection – like meeting friends and family for a morning coffee at the Bistro. For Homeowners and non-Homeowners alike, the Monarch Club is the perfect place to host your wedding, special event, corporate meeting or just unwind from a long work week. Enjoy a fresh, stone-fired pizza from Adelina’s Bistro, a relaxing massage at Sandalwood Spa or host your next private party or corporate meeting in the Club’s unique Wine Library or Captain’s Room.
