 In nature, an aerie is the lofty nest of any bird of prey, such as an eagle or a hawk.[4] Therefore in the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the word Aerie serves as the name of the building in which the group regularly meets and in which it hosts events. I am an incoming freshman at Penn and am interested in the Greek scene. People here have already addresssed the different repuations and such, but no one has talked about how much it costs. Does anyone know how much, approximately, the dues would be per semester have looked on the websites and can't find anything about cost. Thanks and can't wait to be there soon! i think its 2000 or so a year, or maybe a semester, but on top of that you'll be expected to pay for tickets to formals, limos, hotel rooms, etc. Read the book "Pledged" it will probably have the general price if memory serves me well.
