The cost of the SentriCard® for REALTORS® is $136.50 (including tax) + $50 one-time activation fee.   Please note that SentriCard® charges are due annually. The annual lease fee, prorated quarterly, is due at the time of issuance. Pro-rated fees are as follows: December-February $136.50; March-May $102.38; June-August $68.25;September-November $34.13 .  SentriCards® are leased, not owned, and must be returned upon termination of membership. The cost of the SentriCard® for Affiliates is $157.50 (including tax) + $50 one-time activation fee. Please note that SentriCard® charges are due annually. The annual lease fee, prorated quarterly, is due at the time of issuance. Pro-rated fees are as follows: December-February $157.50;  March-May $118.13; June-August $78.75; and Sep-Nov $39.38. SentriCards® are leased, not owned, and must be returned upon termination of membership.
