Divorce Support Group

Bishop Kevin W. Vann is the new Episcopal Liaison, also known as Episcopal Moderator, between the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and CDM. In this capacity he represents the conference on CDM's board and will help the two organizations to collaborate on matters of concern. In his May 2010 acceptance letter to CDM he wrote “I am very happy to accept the role of Episcopal Moderator for Catholic Divorce Ministry. This is a good fit, given my background in Parish and Tribunal ministry and now my position on the USCCB Laity, Family Life, Youth Ministry and Marriage Subcommittee. Rick McCord of the USCCB staff was very happy to hear this and I will be informing Cardinal George of this matter as well. I look forward to working with you and hope I can be of assistance to you.”
